International Datacasting and Digigram Implement New Audio Encoder for Radio Market

New encoder on view at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) show in Las Vegas April 8-11.

Ottawa, ON – (April 4, 2019): International Datacasting Corporation (IDC) announced a new partnership with Digigram and will be launching the ENC5010 XLINK by digigram professional audio encoder line—based on Digigram’s IQOYA X/LINK—for the global broadcast radio market at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) show in Las Vegas April 8-11.

Advanced features include:

  • Support for Analog, AES, AES67, Ravenna, and Livewire
  • Multiple models will be available to support single, dual, and multichannel configuration
  • Compatible with IDC’s SuperFlex and STAR systems
  • Dual streaming mode to enable satellite & internet distributions

IDC VP of Business Development and Products, Gary Carter commented, “We work closely with our customers to design the best possible solution for each network. The first ENC5010 XLINK by digigram model will be on display at the National Association of Broadcasters NAB show in Las Vegas, April 6-11. International Datacasting/Novra Group will be exhibiting in South Hall, booth SU3621, and Digigram is in Booth N5919.
