Distribution Manager
Overview
The Distribution Manager provides creation, scheduling, control and execution of Digital Cinema Package (DCP) distribution jobs via satellite.
The Distribution Manager is a key component of IDC’s Digital Cinema Content Distribution system. The Distribution Manager can support up to 3000 theatre receive sites within a network.
The Distribution Manager is available as a 1:1 redundant configuration for maximum up-time.

- DCP ingest control including DCP and SHA-1 verification
- Fully integrated with Datacast XD Host for control and execution of DCP distribution jobs
- Status reporting of completed and active distribution jobs
- Complementary client integrated into SuperFlex Pro Cinema Cache Server to confirm receipt of DCP distribution jobs and perform SHA-1 validation of DCP files
