International Datacasting Corporation Announces Resignation of Director

Ottawa, ON – March 17, 2010 – – International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC), a global leader in providing advanced solutions for the distribution of broadband multimedia content, announces that Ron Clifton has resigned from the Board of Directors. The Board now consists of Adam Adamou as Chair, Del Lippert, Frank Ruffolo and Fred Godard as President & CEO.
