International Datacasting Corporation Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Ottawa, ON – May 26, 2010 – – International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC), a global leader in providing advanced solutions for the distribution of broadband multimedia content, announces that Susan Robbins Parsons has tendered her resignation as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective June 11, 2010. The Corporation has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.

Fred Godard, Chief Executive Officer of IDC, stated: "We wish to extend our thanks to Susan for her contribution and service to IDC and our shareholders over the past five years. We are pleased that Susan will be continuing in her role as Chief Financial Officer and a member of our senior management team until June 11, which is after the date that we expect to release our financial results for our first quarter ended April 30, 2010. This will assist in an orderly transition to a new Chief Financial Officer.”
