Ottawa, ON – April 8, 2010 – – International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC), a global leader in providing advanced solutions for the distribution of broadband multimedia content, announces that David Little has been appointed to the Board of Directors.  The Board now consists of Adam Adamou as Chairman, Fred Godard as President & CEO, Frank Ruffolo, Del Lippert and David Little.
