IDC Wins a Broadcast Engineering "NAB2006 Pick Hit" Award

Ottawa, ON – May 25, 2006 – – International Datacasting Corporation [TSX: IDC], announced today that its SFX2100 OneTouch multimedia server appliance has won the prestigious NAB2006 "Pick Hit" award at this year's National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention held on April 24 to 27th in Las Vegas, Nevada. This coveted award is given each year by Broadcast Engineering Magazine and selected by an independent panel of industry experts and working professionals in the broadcast, post, network and satellite industries. The winning products are judged on technological innovations, improvements over previous technology and on a noticeable cost/benefit ratio. The SFX2100 OneTouch Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) appliance is an all DVB/IP solution via satellite and part of IDC's Digital Classroom Suite of Products.
